These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hairstockists.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Crest & Crown LLC. "Hairstockists" is the trading name we use for this Site.
Crest & Crown LLC is the authorised UK reseller of Growplex® branded hair care products. Our UK operating address is 275 New North Road, Islington # 1430, London, N1 7AA, United Kingdom.
In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Crest & Crown LLC. "You" and "your" mean you, the customer.

2. Eligibility
To buy from this Site you must be at least 18 years old, resident in the United Kingdom, and legally able to enter into a binding contract under UK law.
We sell only to consumers buying for personal use. We do not accept orders for resale.
3. Information About Our Products
We take care to describe our products accurately, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or formulation may occur. Photographs and product images are for illustration only.
Our products are cosmetic products formulated for general use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always read the label and ingredient list, and patch test before use if you have sensitive skin.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, please speak to a healthcare professional before use.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices on the Site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices do not include delivery charges, which are shown at checkout before you place your order.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are the authorised user of the payment method.
5. How a Contract Is Formed
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the prices shown. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order — this is not acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the products have been sent. Until then, we may decline your order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we decline your order we will refund any payment in full.
6. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription option (delivery every 1, 3, or 6 months), the following additional terms apply:
- The subscription discount you see at sign-up applies to each scheduled delivery for as long as your subscription is active.
- We will charge the payment method on file for each scheduled delivery.
- You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal, or by emailing support@hairstockists.com. Cancellation takes effect for the next scheduled charge.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and contact you. If payment cannot be taken, your subscription may be cancelled.
- Subscription products are subject to the same statutory cancellation and return rights as one-off purchases.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery times, charges, and arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided.
8. Your Right to Cancel and Return
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

9. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
As a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If a product you receive is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits or affects these statutory rights.

10. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts; use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy content; upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights; or resell our products without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Crest & Crown LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The "Growplex" trade marks and product trade marks are owned by their respective owners and used under licence.
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of your statutory rights as a consumer; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order to which the claim relates. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses.
13. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, or supplier failures. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
