Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any active Hairstockists subscription at any time, free of charge. Cancellation takes effect for the next scheduled charge — any charge already taken will still ship and is subject to our standard Refund Policy.

How to Cancel

You can cancel a subscription in two ways:

1. Through your account portal. Sign in to your Hairstockists account, go to "Subscriptions", and choose "Cancel" on the subscription you wish to cancel.
2. By email. Send a cancellation request to support@hairstockists.com from the email address associated with your subscription. Include your full name and the subscription you wish to cancel.

We will confirm the cancellation by email. There are no cancellation fees and no commitment period.

Other Subscription Changes

You can also pause, skip, or change the frequency or address of your subscription through your account portal at any time before the next charge date. Changes take effect for the next scheduled delivery.

Statutory Rights

This Subscription Cancellation Policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
