This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we deliver orders placed through hairstockists.com.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or any address outside the UK. If you place an order with a delivery address we cannot serve, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
2. Delivery Options and Charges
- Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery is free at checkout. There is no minimum order value.
3. Order Cut-Off and Dispatch
- Orders placed before 1pm Mon – Fri: dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 1pm Mon – Fri: dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or UK public holidays: dispatched the next working day
Dispatch times may vary slightly during peak shopping periods (Black Friday, December, sale events). We will note this on the Site if there are delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse, including a tracking link where available. If you do not receive a dispatch email within the timeframes in Section 3, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
5. Delivery Partners
UK orders are fulfilled from a UK warehouse and delivered by Royal Mail or a UK courier partner.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time: Check your tracking link, check with neighbours or your local sorting office, then if still missing, email support@hairstockists.com with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged: Take photos of the packaging and the damaged products. Email support@hairstockists.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you provided an incorrect delivery address: We can only re-route or re-send to a corrected address if the parcel has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered for this reason, we will issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.
7. Risk and Title
Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Title to the products passes to you when we receive payment in full.
8. Subscriptions
For subscription orders, the same delivery options, charges, and timing apply to each scheduled delivery. The timing of subsequent deliveries is based on your chosen frequency (every 1, 3, or 6 months) from the date of your previous dispatch.
You can update your delivery address for future scheduled orders through your account portal at any time before the next charge date.
