Hairstockists is a hair care retailer for the UK market. The brand is owned and operated by Crest & Crown LLC. You can browse our full range of hair care products in our shop.
We are a small team. The same people who run the warehouse answer the support emails. Our default is to be honest about what works, what does not, and what we still do not know.
What we do
- Free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
- Real UK customer support. Email support@hairstockists.com or call +44 7857 313 985, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT. A real person reads every message.
- A 90-day satisfaction guarantee, on top of the 14-day statutory right to return under UK consumer law. If a product has not worked for you within 90 days, write in and we will work with you on next steps.
Our range
We carry a focused range: a scalp foam, a hair wellness supplement, a rosemary elixir, and a few targeted kits. We chose the range because each product is built around ingredients with credible evidence behind them, and because the formulas have a track record of being well tolerated. Every product page lists the full ingredient list and how to use it. If you have a question we have not answered, please write in.
Where our stock comes from
We are the authorised UK reseller of Growplex, a US hair care brand. Our products are sourced directly from Growplex and held in UK stock so that UK customers get UK timelines and UK support. We are not the manufacturer and we are not part of Growplex. We are an independent UK retailer that chose to carry the Growplex range because we believe in the products.
